Points of Contact

Questions about rules interpretation can be addressed to millennialvision.llc@gmail.com

Shipping of items a week in advance of a team's arrival is acceptable. Things shipped in advance of a team's arrival might be bulky items such as an oscilloscope or a computer system which is inconvenient to carry as baggage on an international flight. All items MUST be marked with: Correct Shipping Address (see below), Team Name, Team Point of Contact Name (the person retrieving the items upon arrival), and the words, "International Aerial Robotics Competition". Note that all shipping costs TO and FROM Mayagüez are the responsibility of the individual teams, as is the repackaging and courier pick up of items after the IARC week has concluded.

Retrieving shipped items can be done by contacting Dr. Stefano Leonardi at (787) 832-4040 extensions 3661 or 3719, or by E-MAILing him at sleonardi@me.uprm.edu

Ship to address:

University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez
Department of Mechanical Engineering
Building Antonio Lucchetti Carr. #2 Calle Post 259N
Mayagüez Puerto Rico 00680-9045 USA
ATTN: Dr. Stefano Leonardi

Important: Teams shipping items from outside the United States must have a designated receiving agent who will sign for the items in order to have them released from U.S. Customs. This agent must be a U.S. citizen. (Dr. Stefano Leonardi is NOT your receiving agent-- he is your point of contact to pick up your items once they have been delivered from U.S. Customs to the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez) Often your shipping company (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc.) will be able to supply a receiving agent for you, or at least assist you in arranging for one. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITHOUT FIRST HAVING ARRANGED FOR A RECEIVING AGENT IN PUERTO RICO.
